story

This is a picture from Ansel Adams. This picture really catches your eye. I like how the river leads you from the bottem of the picture all the way up the the mountains and it also makes you go all the way from the right side of the picture all the way to the left. The entire picture is in focus also. The mountain in the back is jus as in focus as the river and tree's in the front of the photo. Also i like how the sun is hidden behind the clouds as he took the picture so there is only a glare in certain points. The fact he took the picture in black and white also helps that factor out.

This photo was taken by Ansel Adams. I am not really sure where the picture is taken but if i were able to go to this landscape i would deffinetly like to get on the top of the mountain so i could see what was around the area. Im sure it would be an awsome site from there. When you first look at the picture the mountain does not look that big untill you focus on the tree's in front of it. As much as i would like to see this photo in color i think the black and white was a good choice and helps set the picture off. You can still tell it is very cold and snowing and you can see the ice texture on all of the tree's. I really like how there is like a very bright spot on the mountain and some of the tree's it really catches your eye. Also the fog in the upper left and fading onto the mountain really adds character to the photo
